Welcome to the PowerVR section of 3DGaming. These pages will give information about 3Dcards (VideoLogic Apocalypse series, MatroxM3D, Jaton3D) based on the PCX1, PCX 2 and PVRSG (PowerVR Second Generation) chipsets. This site is also fully supported by VideoLogic, NEC and Matrox. Which means that I'm a BETA tester for NEC and VideoLogic.

Hi,

This is Alan Dang from the ATI Section at 3DGaming. In the past I have worked with Marco a bit on the PowerVR section, and old readers may recall the decent share of PowerSGL game reviews I wrote. I wanted to let everyone know that 3DGaming and Marco are still good friends (We're still using Marco's 3DG logo!) and that I will try to maintain the PowerVR section.

Most of us will agree that the PCX2's flame is but a scant ember today and thus this section at 3DGaming will lay dormant for a while until the PowerVR Series2 cards are released or when one of gets a Dreamcast (hint).

Until then, be sure to check our Daily News for your PowerVR and 3DGaming information and I also want to wish good luck to Marco's MX3D and new venture. There's always room for quality sites on the web.

Hi there all,

First of all I have to say I'm sorry for the lack of updates. Now for the big news; I left 3DGaming. My vision on a newssite and on the lay-out of these pages are very different as where 3DGaming is going.

We (3DGaming and me) are still good friends, so no hard feelings. But I don't think 3DGaming and I are on the same direction.

Sorry, but that's just the way it is.

Marco - MX3D
